The importance of the research cannot be overstated. To successfully implement any project, we must first learn everything about it. We need to understand what stage the client's project is at, what his vision is and what his goals are. At this stage, we communicate with the client, find out all the information we need and then start digging.

We study the data available and collect new information, we analyse the existing systems, the competition and similar products, and we work to understand the necessities of the end users. With a complete analysis in hand, we can begin the development, however the research never stops.

Proof of Concept Development

The whole process is usually moving in two directions: software and hardware development. We start with sketches and simple prototypes, software and hardware architecture models, set experiments and tests to identify the most suitable approach to every given request or challenge.

We work closely with the client’s team and we make sure the results fit the original scope, yet we always stay open to the changes. The collective work of the entire team ultimately leads to the desired result.

Hardware design and Prototyping

We have an engineering team, as well as all necessary equipment to design and produce prototypes quickly. The prototypes are then delivered to the end users for testing in real conditions. We collect feedback, improve the design and then repeat the cycle until the design fully satisfies the scope.

Hardware Manufacturing

We can also produce small and medium-sized batches of boards or controllers for production use. At this stage, our engineers are working to bring what was conceived and planned previously to life. They invest their knowledge of manufacturing practices and their experience to ensure the highest level of quality.

Testing

Both, software and hardware tests are carried out cross-referencing initial project goals. At this stage, we identify remaining inconsistencies or errors and rectify those in a timely manner.

Support

Usually, our involvement in the project does not end with the software or hardware delivery. We provide full project support, monitoring and incident management, software updates, documentation, training, etc. We also visit clients’ premises during launches and help with the installations and staff training on site. We are doing our best to ensure that our clients’ systems and automation work smoothly.
